Basic and add-on modules

• Monoblock construction

• Natural anodised cover for top-most module and edging at the end of a run of modules (available separately)

• Adjustable feet + 10 mm available as separate aluminium components that insert either side of the module
• Feet add 25 mm to the height of the basic module (available separately)
• Linking of modules is assured by the patented DECATO clip system: side and top (basic module) and all the way round (add-on module)

• Storage elements of various sizes and types can be inserted and secured in the special horizontal or vertical grooves of the contour profile
• Horizontal or vertical aluminium cable trunking can be attached to the wall modules using the DECATO clip system
• Flush-fitting TEHALIT-compliant electrics can be installed either side.

Linking / assembly

General
Plastic DECATO clips are used to link wall modules together horizontally or vertically. Locking is by means of an integrated screw. The clip system works independently of the height and number of elements. Where modules are stacked on top of each other, the maximum height allowed is 2000 mm.
 
A DECATO Struktur column and the DECATO clip system are needed to link DECATO cp50 modules with the DECATO Struktur partitioning system.


Linking corners
Anodised aluminium square cross-section column, 50 x 50 mm, with a groove each side for creating L, T or X junctions.
 
Round DECATO Struktur column, ø 65 mm, for adaptable corner creation with a +/- 15° range of adjustment.
 
Stabilisation
Stability is assured by clipping two wall modules together using the groove integrated in the contour profiling to create a 90° corner.
 
Linking to a cupboard or structural wall
An aluminium cover profile with screw holes is available for securing to a cupboard or solid wall. It is DECATO clip system-compatible.

Environmental and acoustic features

Gypsum foam
Ecological and harmless to health, Preform’s gypsum foam is made from water and gypsum powder, a by-product of exhaust gas desulphurisation. After a polymer is added, a 100% recyclable foam is produced that hardens into any desired shape. As well as its excellent acoustic properties, it contributes considerably to a comfortable indoor climate by its ability to absorb and release moisture from the air.
